Refund & Return Policy

Prior authorization is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers must contact Globe Scientific Customer Service at (201) 599-1400 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA/RMA) number.
The RGA/RMA number must be clearly noted on all returned merchandise and accompanying paperwork.
RGA/RMA numbers expire 30 days from the date of issue. Returns received with expired authorization will not be accepted.
Regularly stocked items may be returned within 90 days of the shipping date, provided they are in original, unopened, re-sellable condition.
All freight charges associated with returns are the responsibility of the purchaser, including outbound and return shipping.
All accepted returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, depending on condition and circumstances.
No credit will be issued until the returned merchandise is received, inspected, and verified to be in re-sellable condition.
Lost or undelivered returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Proof of delivery may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Products are backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty coverage does not include damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modification.

Globe Scientific Inc. acknowledges all registered trademarks of OEM manufacturers referenced in its product documentation.

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Mahwah, New Jersey.
Unless a specific shipping method is requested at the time of order, shipments will be sent via the surface carrier selected by Globe Scientific.
Most in-stock items ship within 72 hours of order receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
Emergency shipments (Next Day or 2nd Day service) may be processed until 3:00 PM EST, subject to change without notice.
Drop shipments are available at no additional handling charge. Standard freight and delivery charges apply.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, carrier performance, and order volume.

Shipping discrepancies must be noted on the carrier’s bill of lading and signed by the carrier’s driver at the time of delivery.
All other order discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Damaged goods shipped via UPS or FedEx must be refused at delivery.
Truck-freight damage must be noted on the bill of lading and signed by the driver at delivery.
Customers must notify Globe Scientific Customer Service immediately at (201) 599-1400 for any damage claims.
Globe Scientific is not responsible for damaged packages that were not refused or properly documented at delivery.
